For Me, Your Solution Is Personal.
My own experience as a success-driven, career oriented achiever during my twenties and early thirties resulted in persistent illness, cancer, low mood, burnout, sleep issues and a short failed marriage. Luckily, swiftly followed by one more lasting, two sons and a dog called Sam. We always have a dog called Sam!
Deciding doing life differently might be better, I began exploring how to use my mind more effectively and trained in Clinical Hypnosis and Psychology then began private practice in Canary Wharf and later Harley Street in London.
Really, it's all about the stories we tell ourselves about who we are now, and who we choose to be going forward. Improving our mental fitness, learning new skills, practising existing ones can all lead to better outcomes. What's your story?
Who do you choose to be?

Caroline is the real deal. She studied with Deepak Chopra, Hale Dwoskin, and the Findhorn Foundation. She has an MSc in Psychology, a BSc in Clinical Hypnosis, worked in Harley Street in private practice, and is a deeply passionate, authentic and a capable therapist. I would highly recommend her.
